Moved into a new house and had dead trees all around the property, some dangerously close to the house! Got in contact with Jimmy and his team through a family member. Called Jimmy and got a quote for a great price! Team came down and removed all the trees we needed cut down. Jimmy is kind, courteous, and easy to get along with! As a local small business owner that specializes in gardening, I am very cautious of who I hire to work on my property - particularly my outdoor spaces as I use photos of it for advertising purposes. When I hired Jimmy and his team, I could tell immediately that they would be respectful of the garden I’m so proud of and expressed concern about my plants being damaged because previous tree-removal services were not concerned with where they dropped large trees unless it was going to hit a man-made structure. 2 previous companies broke very much wanted / sentimental trees that were clearly not a part of the removal effort they’d been hired to undertake. I still haven’t been able to replace one of the ornamentals the other companies killed after deciding to strip its bark. Jimmy quoted below other companies, clearly expressed a desire to take care of my trees prior to removal where it was possible to save them (I think the first words he actually said were “oh! We might be able to treat that if you want to keep the tree”), and did a phenomenal job actually removing the tree when it came down to getting the work done. Throughout the process, he communicated well, his team did their job very professionally, and they even put a trash can over nearby plants to keep them from being damaged. Communication was prompt, the crew was professional, and the work was handled safely and efficiently from start to finish. We had Jimmy and his crew come out and do some yard work. We went with his suggestion and glad we did. Between the mulching, planting and trimming it all came together and looked great.
